When our hearts are broken by losing someone we love, a relationship ending, or a big life change, the pain can feel overwhelming. Sometimes, we get caught in a cycle of painful thoughts, asking ourselves "what if?", "why?", or "if only".

Edu-Therapy™  is a little different from traditional talking therapy. Instead of just talking about the pain, it gives you simple, practical steps to help you actually let it go. We help you safely deal with the things you wish you had said or done, so you can find a sense of peace.

What is Edu-Therapy™ and Who Does it Help?

How it works:

We use a proven, two-part approach called Edu-Therapy™ Grief Resolution.

It is designed to help you:

Name your feelings: Quickly helps you identify those tricky, mixed-up emotions.

Turn down the volume: Provides simple, practical steps to lower the intensity of that painful hurt.

Get 'unstuck': Moves you from being trapped in the past so you can be present in your life today.

Give you skills for life: Once you learn these tools, you can use them on your own, anytime you need them.

What is involved ?

We know that when you are grieving, everything can feel like hard work. That is why we keep things as simple and clear as possible.

The Edu-Therapy programme takes place over 8 sessions. We provide a safe, judgement-free space and guide you through every single step.

Your programme includes:

  • A gentle "onboarding" session to welcome you and explain how it works.

  • 8 guided sessions to help you safely process your grief.

  • Easy-to-use workbooks with all the materials you need.

  • Follow-up support to check in on how you are feeling.

Who does it help?

This programme is for anyone carrying emotional pain. Whether you are dealing with a recent bereavement, a loss from many years ago, or a painful life change, it is never too late to start feeling better. If you are ready to take small steps toward healing, this is for you.

Funding and Costs

As part of Found My Niche CIC, we know how incredibly long NHS waitlists are for mental health and bereavement support. We believe nobody should have to wait in pain.

Because of this, we work hard to secure funding so we can run group sessions for free. Click the button below to enquire about the next funded group session.

Funding is not always available so if you prefer not to wait, or if you feel you need private, dedicated support right away, we also provide paid sessions:

1-1 Private Programme: £520

Small Group Sessions: £220 per person

(Please note: Group sessions can be delivered in person here in Doncaster, or online via Zoom from the comfort of your own home).

How we've helped...

Edu-Therapy™ has helped me in letting go of the painful emotions that I was carrying. I  am feeling much better than before I began the programme.

A lot of the memories I have now make me happy. I’m not thinking about the loss half as  much as I was and when I am they are positive thoughts.

I was able to come to terms with the decisions made by others which were out of my  control. I'm in a much better place having taken charge of my feelings and emotions.
